MRF Animal Licensing

MRF Animal Licensing is a modern online ecosystem developed in partnership with Canadian municipalities to make animal licensing and enforcement efficient. It has two interfaces: a public portal for residents and a secure admin dashboard for staff. It’s natively integrated with the MRF Enforcement Center, so licensing data reaches officers in the field.
Payments can be processed through an MRF-provided payment system or your existing municipal processor. Single sign-on, finance integrations and Excel exports are available. MRF handles onboarding, training, support and configuration.
