Application Support Specialist

MRF Geosystems Corporation is currently is seeking a Client Services / Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to support requests from enforcement users via web portal, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot software issues, escalate bugs as needed, and communicate resolutions clearly.
  • Assist users in submitting change requests properly, while ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team for evaluation.
  • Document support interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Follow established workflows and escalation procedures.
  • Track all assigned tasks to completion, ensuring nothing is missed or delayed.
  • Communicate updates to users clearly and professionally, with a strong focus on user experience.
  • Participate in internal discussions to improve support processes and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive enforcement-related data appropriately.
  • Deliver product training sessions to new and existing users to ensure confident and accurate system usage.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow rules and procedures consistently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without losing track.

Hardware Technician

MRF Geosystems Corporation is currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills to work with both internal team members and external customers. The primary focus for this position will be:

  • Prepare and perform on-site installation of in-vehicle GNSS tracking devices
  • Test and support GNSS-related hardware and software
  • Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot GNSS issues
  • Prepare quotations and update supporting documentation

Required:

  • Understanding of basic vehicle components
  • Hands-on experience with in-vehicle 12V systems
  • Basic understanding of electronics and PCB design
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to interpret custom tracking requirements and specifications
  • Skilled in refining and summarizing issues, and documenting changes
  • Experience with commercial GNSS in-vehicle tracking devices
  • Strong attention to detail
