Web-based GIS Capabilities

MRF provides various advanced web-based GIS solutions to satisfy different customers. Depending on a particular user’s requirements, MRF can use its own state-of-the-art web-based GIS products such as MRF GISNet or MRF SVG Map Server, or utilize other third party map servers such as ArcIMS to implement comprehensive web-based GIS solutions, from simple web-based GIS viewing and query, to advanced GIS data editing over the Internet. MRF has implemented many award winning web-based GIS applications for our customers, including the Orange County Public Records Retrieval and E-commence System and the San Diego County Survey Records Imaging System. GIS Software Products

 

Since 1992, MRF has developed many GIS/Mapping software products for different GIS environments. MRF GIS Mapping Tool Kit (MGTK) for GeoMedia, MRF Mapping Tool Kit (MMTK) for MicroStation and AutoCAD, and MRF Clean for MapObjects are widely used by over 6,000 users worldwide. These products provide GIS/Mapping functions such as GIS data cleaning, polygon formation, flag editing, buffering, and overlay analysis.

In recent years, MRF focuses on web-based GIS solutions and has developed MRF SVG Map Server and MRF GISNet products that provide advanced web-based GIS capabilities such as Internet browser-based map viewing and querying, web-based GIS editing, digital submittal, e-commence, etc. Many customers have built web-based applications using these products.
