MRF Clean 1.0

MRF Clean is a 2D data cleaning software. It is written entirely in AutoCAD Development System (ADS) and runs anywhere AutoCAD runs. It is a data cleaner designed to clean linear entities, block shape inserts, or both. The user has the option of cleaning circular parametric arcs as circular parametric arcs or stroking the arcs to polylines before cleaning.

MRF Clean can:

  • Correct over-shooting
  • Correct under-shooting
  • Perform line weeding
  • Remove duplicate or near-duplicate points and lines
  • Create intersections in crossing linework to ease building of topology
  • Remove or flag dangles
  • Join singly-connected polylines with identical attributes to form longer ones
  • Merge linework which has approximately the same geometry (conflation)
  • Identify free end points for manual review and editing
  • Reduce drawing file size to save disk space and increase display speed
